Obituary of Junior Keith

Willmarn Edward “Junior” Keith, 82-year-old resident of Sikeston, MO, departed this life Saturday, January 21, 2023. 

Junior (as his family and friends called him) was born May 22, 1940, in Hayward, Missouri to Willmarn (W.H.) Keith and Donna (Erwin) Keith. They proceeded him in death. Also, proceeding him in death were three sons: Douglas, Joey, and Charles Edward, his brother, Odie Keith, and three sisters: Margie Lucille Keith, Jeanie Conner and Lereatha Walton. 

On May 6,1995, he married the love of his life, Vonda Scott.

He is survived by his wife, Vonda (Scott) Keith, one son, Stanley (Debbie) Keith, one bonus son, Jim Spradling, and four daughters: Theresa Haas, Sheri-Jean Michal, Rebecca Moe, and Candy Keith, numerous grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren. Also surviving are one brother, Kenny (Geraldine) Keith, and three sisters, Helen Barthman, Lois (Ronnie) Forrester, and Anne Walls.

Junior had worked as a mechanic with Slushers in Sikeston until his retirement. He enjoyed spending time with his family and his church family, working on old cars and trucks, and spending time with friends.

 A memorial service will be held at Cornerstone Church in Bertrand, MO, on Saturday, January 28, 2023, at 11:00 a.m.
