Obituary of Nan Rogers

Nancy “Nan” Dalton Rogers, 81, of St. Louis, MO and former resident of Doniphan, MO, departed this life Saturday, January 7, 2023. She was born August 16, 1941, to the late Rufe and Dorothy Dalton.

Nan received her MBA from Arkansas State University and started her career in banking and later moved on to several managerial positions in manufacturing.  Nan’s favorite activities were reading books, especially psychological thrillers, playing bridge with the girls, and binging Netflix with her daughter. She was of the Methodist faith.

Surviving is her daughter, Christi (Jeff) Gardell of St. Louis; a sister, Brenda Dalton Sleeper of Doniphan; and four grandchildren, Courtney and Ryan Gardell and Emma and Randy Hubbard. She is also survived by her dear nieces, Cindy, Julie, and Stacey.

In addition to her parents, Nan was preceded in death by a daughter, Jaime Hubbard.

Visitation will be held in the Edwards Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, January 12, 2023, beginning at noon with a memorial service to follow at 1:00 p.m.
