Obituary of Yogi Rainbolt

Raeona Lea “Yogi” Rainbolt, 62-year-old resident of Doniphan, MO, departed this life Sunday, June 5, 2022, at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, MO.  She was born August 3, 1959, in Rockford, IL to the late Boyd Ray and Cleona (Wheeler) Ingram.

 

Yogi was family focused, loving every moment spent with them, especially her grandkids. She attended Sovereign Grace Reformed Church and was very active in her faith devoting much time to prayer. She was also a very skilled seamstress who loved to sew.

 

On April 27, 1978, Yogi married Jimmy Rainbolt in Doniphan. He preceded her in death on June 2, 2012.

 

Surviving are her children, Sara Bell and fiancé Jeffery David, Michael (Lisa) Rainbolt, Danny Wayne (Cindy) Rainbolt, and Greg (Brittiny) Rainbolt, all of Doniphan; sisters, Ruth Thomas of Maryland Heights, MO and Rena Dyer of Ravenden Springs, AR; a brother, William Boyd Ingram of Doniphan; ten grandchildren, Tristen, Jeremy, Cassey, Molly Ray, Emmi, Christian, Caleb, Laney, Chloe, and Joenes; along with two great-grandchildren, Coe and Emilia.

 

Visitation will be Friday, June 10, 2022, in the Edwards Funeral Home Chapel beginning at noon with the funeral service to follow at 2:00 p.m. Reverend Kent Harding will be officiating, and burial will be in Bellview Cemetery.
