Morgan Lee Joplin, 58, of Doniphan, MO, departed this life Monday, November 22, 2021. He was born In St. Louis, MO on January 1, 1963 to Francis and Jerrie (Wynn) Joplin.
Morgan had been employed at the Royal Oak Charcoal Plant. He liked to be outdoors hunting and mowing the lawn. When he was outside, his dogs accompanied him and were his buddies. Morgan attended Good Hope Church.
On October 13, 2018, Morgan married Alice Cole in Grandin, MO. She survives. Also surviving are his stepchildren, Jerome Cole, Erica Stone, Juanita (Brian) Guy, Charles Craft, Claressa (Brian) Askew, Zebulun Craft, and Andrew Craft; two sisters, Julie Warrick and Teana (Steve) Trotter; and one brother, Pete (Marilyn) Joplin.
Visitation will be at Good Hope Church on Friday, November 26, 2021 beginning at 11:00 a.m. with the funeral service to follow at noon. Brother Pete Joplin will be officiating. Burial will be in the Good Hope Cemetery.
