Charles L. “Chuck” Walterschied, 65, of Doniphan, MO, passed away October 20, 2021 at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, MO. Chuck was born September 6, 1956 in California to the late Lewis and Constance “Connie” Walterschied.
Chuck served six years in the United States Navy aboard ship. He enjoyed fishing and computer and internet gaming.
Chuck is survived by his stepson, Robert (Ashley) Osburn; two daughters, Meagan and Patricia; two brothers, Kenneth (Sue) Walterschied of Memphis, MI and Eric (Cynthia) Walterschied of Doniphan; four nieces, Melyssa, Staci, Erin, and Kristie; two nephews, Devon (Shannon) and Kyle; nine great-nephews and nieces; and a special friend, Emily Luye, who he treated as a daughter; and six grandchildren to mourn his passing.
Chuck was preceded in death by his parents, Lewis and Connie; one brother, John Mike Walterschied, who passed on October 25, 2010; one sister, Gail E. Jones; and by his second wife, Jacquelin Cook-Walterschied, who passed on September 23, 2010.
As per Chuck’s wishes, there will be no services.
