Joyce Irene Ward, 48, of Doniphan, Missouri, died Sunday, December 11, 2011, at Ripley County Memorial Hospital in Doniphan.
Mrs. Ward, daughter of David and Barbara (Robinson) Miller, was born July 17, 1963, in Washington, D.C. She enjoyed being with her family and doing crafts and flowers.
She was married to Roger Ward in 1985 in Lebanon, Indiana. He survives.
Also surviving are eight daughters: Heather Miller of Marion, Indiana, Cassondra Ward, Amanda Ward, Jessica Ward, Jodi Ward, Cynthia Ward and Breanna Bilby, all of Doniphan, Samantha Ward of Cathedral City, California; one son, Josh Ward of Marion, Indiana; two brothers, Robbie Miller and Ronald Miller; and thirteen grandchildren.
Mrs. Ward was preceded in death by her parents, a grandmother who raised her - Myrtle Robinson, and one son, Jeffery Ward.
Visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m. Saturday morning, December 17, 2011, at the Edwards Funeral Home in Doniphan. The funeral service will follow at 1:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Brother Roy Davis officiating. Burial will be in the Center Hill Cemetery.
