Obituary of Sarah Elizabeth Bruce

Sarah Elizabeth Maxwell Bruce, 53-year-old resident of Doniphan, MO departed this life Friday, April 23, 2021 at her residence. Beth was born August 2, 1967 to the late Robert and Alpha Edna Sisco Maxwell in Doniphan, MO. She loved spending time with her family and grandkids, playing Candy Crush, and watching movies.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one grandchild, Phynix, sister, Patty Cooper, and brothers, Robert Lewis Maxwell, Jr. and John Hubert Maxwell.
Surviving are her children, Brandon Bruce of Bardley, MO; Quinton (Shlisa) Bruce of Fisk, MO; Ashley (Travis) Bruce of Sikeston, MO; sister, Pauline DeWitt of Doniphan, MO; brother, Fred “Buddy” Maxwell of Osceola, MO; and grandchildren, Hunter, Leland, Tucker, Charla, and Brayden.
Funeral services for Beth will be held Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at 2 PM in the Edwards Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Austin Maxwell officiating. Visitation will begin at noon on Tuesday, and burial will be in the Pope Chapel Cemetery.
