Obituary of Alma Boozer

Alma Faye Boozer, 60, of Doniphan, Missouri, died Tuesday, January 11, 2011, at her residence.
Mrs. Boozer, daughter of Raymond and Esther (Hudson) Haynes, was born November 25, 1950, in Walnut Ridge, Arkansas. She had been a cashier in retail sales. Mrs. Boozer enjoyed fishing, reading, puzzles and hand-making quilts.
On December 28, 1968, she was married to Roy David Boozer in Success, Arkansas, and he survives.
Also surviving are her mother, Ester Haynes, of Doniphan; four children, James Lee Boozer, David Boozer and Tracy Henson, all of Doniphan, and Brandy Boozer of Fairdealing, Missouri; one sister, Pam Yandell of Corning, Arkansas; four brothers, Howard Haynes, Raymond Haynes and Warren Haynes, all of Doniphan, and Rocky Haynes of Corning, Arkansas; and three grandchildren, Austyn Henson, Raven Henson and Landon Murphy.
She was preceded in death by her father, Raymond Haynes, one infant daughter and two sisters, Ray Dean Elliott and Mary Jane Worley.
Visitation will begin at noon Friday, January 14, 2011, at Edwards Funeral Home in Doniphan. A graveside service will follow at 2:00 p.m. at the New Home Cemetery.
