Charles (Butch) Hoodie Hitt, Jr., 72-year-old resident of Doniphan, MO, departed this life Sunday, February 21, 2021. He was born January 27, 1949 in Holcomb, MO to Charles Hitt, Sr. and Imogene (Bradshaw) Hitt.
Butch had been a member of UAW (United Auto Workers). He loved to hunt and fish.
Surviving are his children, Christine Schien of St. Peters, MO and Philip C. Brennan of Colorado Springs, CO; sisters, Kay Kohler of Cassville, MO, Debra Hitt of Doniphan, Valerie Pence, Nancy Beillie, and Denise Whitney of Warrenton, MO; his grandchildren, Maria, Harry, Charles, Rita, Dean, Emma, Alisa, David, Jonathan, Isabel, and Vincent; and his great-grandchildren, Troy, Vera, Miguel, Emma, Ethan, and Astelle.
The family is having a private service at a later date.
