Delores Jean Brower, 69, of Grandin, MO, departed this life Saturday, August 29, 2020 at her daughter’s residence in Grandin, MO. The daughter of the late Harry and Willer Dean (Richardson) Thornton, Mrs. Brower was born October 3, 1950 in Collinsville, IL. She was a homemaker and enjoyed arts and crafts, helping children, and playing the slots.
Surviving are one daughter, Tracy Phelps of Grandin; three sons, Eddie Powers, Jr. of St. Louis, MO, Danny Powers and Charles Powers, both of Poplar Bluff, MO; eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 1, 2020 in the Edwards Funeral Home Chapel in Doniphan, MO. Funeral services will follow at 7:00 p.m. A private graveside service will take place at a later date.
