Elda Crook
Elda Crook, 88, of Doniphan, Missouri, died Tuesday, July 17, 2007, at the Current River Nursing Center in Doniphan.
Mrs. Crook, daughter of the late Claude Davis and Nellie Hampton Davis, was born May 4, 1919, at Eastwood, Missouri. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Doniphan.
Surviving is one brother, Carl Davis, of High Point, North Carolina.
In addition to her parents Mrs. Crook was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Crook.
Visitation will be Friday, July 20, 2007, from 5 - 8 p.m. at the Edwards Funeral Home in Doniphan. The funeral service will be Saturday, July 21, at 1:00 p.m. at the chapel with Brother Gaylord Harvey officiating. Burial will be in the Towles Cemetery.
