Obituary of Lawarance Harold Payne

Lawarance was born to Howard and Letha Payne on the frigid 28th day of February 1963 in Doniphan, MO. Lawarance died at the age of 57 on the 3rd of April, 2020 in his residence outside of Doniphan, MO.
Lawarance was raised in Doniphan and graduated from Doniphan High School. He was formerly married and had two daughters. Lawarance enjoyed working on vehicles, fishing, listening to classic rock music, and playing poker. While Lawarance did not wish to leave his home or his pets often, he enjoyed visits from and cherished those family and friends close to him.
He is survived by three sisters, Flora (Dan) Kleine of Titusville, FL, Dora Cook of Jonesboro, AR, Louise Trotter of Oceanside, CA; two half-brothers, Jim (Kim) Colter of Port St. Lucia, FL and Douglas Payne of Malden, MO; two half-sisters, Rebecca (Steve) Hulsey of Lake Ozarks, MO and Chrystal Harmon of Washington, MO; two daughters, Kate (Daniel) Southerland of Rosebud, MO and Sara (Mook) Cunningham of St. James, MO; grandchildren; Kiersten and Brenna Pursley and Jack and Connor Cunningham; and nieces and nephews, including but not limited to Kathy Ring-Staton.
A celebration of Lawarance’s life will be held Saturday, June 20, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at Oak Grove Cemetery.
