Obituary of Bud Sisco

Charles Fred (Bud) Sisco passed away at his home on Saturday, April 4, 2020. He was 86 years old.
Mr. Sisco was born July 28, 1933, in Gatewood, Missouri, to Fred and Rhoda (Wilder) Sisco. On October 9, 1952, in Doniphan, he married Anita Waughan. His memory will be cherished by their five children: Mike Sisco, Gatewood; Roxanne (Freddie) Leroux, Doniphan; Kathy (Patrick) Wyatt, Fairdealing; Ricky (Missy) Sisco, and Ruthie Wiggins, both of Doniphan. His legacy also includes 13 grandchildren: Chris, April, Charlie, Travis, Samantha, Kirsten, B.J., Briana, Sara, Jake, Amy, Hannah, and Ashton and 14 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his sister, Beulah McKnight of Benton, Missouri.
Mr. Sisco was preceded in death by his wife, Anita, his parents, his daughter, Barbara, and son, Raymond Sisco. Eight siblings also preceded him in death: five sisters, Bertha, Edna, Juanita, Hazel, and Linda; and three brothers, Lewis, Ray, and Johnny.
Mr. Sisco worked in the timber industry and later owned and operated Sisco’s Garage, performing mechanic work for many years.
Bud enjoyed hunting and fishing. He loved the outdoors and animals in general. It was difficult to beat him playing cards or dominoes.
