Obituary of Jack Foster

William Pierce “Jack” Foster, 62-year-old Doniphan, MO resident, departed this life Tuesday, March 3, 2020 at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, MO. Jack was born August 10, 1957 in Clay County, AR to the late Jessie Loyd and Anna Bell (Shirley) Foster. Jack was a logger and enjoyed fishing and the outdoors. He liked to help people in need and spent time visiting with friends and neighbors at Patsy’s Convenience Store. On May 24, 1986, Jack married Lisa Foster at their home. Surviving are his children, Dustin Sharley of Fairdealing, MO, Brandi Riddell of Campbell, Mo, and Autumn Foster, also of Campbell, MO; his sisters, Mary Fundling of TN and Wanda Berger of Pollard, AR; a brother, Donnie Foster of Newport, AR; and six grandchildren, Carston, Ava, Gracie, Anna, Mollie, and Whaylon. Mr. Foster was preceded in death by his brothers, Ronnie Foster and James Marvin Foster, a sister, Judy Gimlin, and his first wife, Laural Foster. Visitation will be Friday, March 6, 2020 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the Edwards Funeral Home Chapel.
