Obituary of Claudia Renee Payne

Claudia Renee Payne, former Ripley County resident, departed this life in Owensboro, KY on Monday, October 21, 2019. She was 52. Claudia was born on August 29, 1967 in Poplar Bluff, MO to Sandra Dale Richmond and the late Claude Payne. Claudia enjoyed going for walks, gardening, and spending time with her grandchildren.

Surviving are her mother and stepfather, Sandra and Dennis Richmond; her son, Kyle (Destiny) Foulks of Philpot, KY; a brother Jeff (Lisa) Payne of Doniphan; a sister, Susan (Randy) Wilson of Naylor, MO; and her five grandchildren, Kylie, Wyatt, Blaine, Dayton, and Bryceton.. She is also survived by her nephews, Trey and Clay Payne.

Claudia was preceded in death by her daughter, Natalie Grace.

Visitation will be from 11:00 to 1:00 Saturday, October 26, 2019 in the Edwards Funeral Home Chapel with a memorial service to follow at 1:00 p.m. with Kevin Raposo officiating. A private family burial will take place at a later date in Oak Grove Cemetery.
