Obituary of Jeff Lane Hancock

Jeffrey Lane Hancock, 46 of Doniphan, MO became a beautiful angel on October 18, 2019, surrounded by his family.  He was born to Cleveland and Betty Hancock on March 27, 1973, in Walnut Ridge, AR

Jeff was a Transport Driver at Reed Oil Company.  Jeff was an avid deer hunter, loved being outside in nature with birds, flowers, gardening, BBQ and spending time with his family and friends.  He enjoyed playing pool when indoors.   

Jeff was married to Tammy Overstreet April 6, 2019 in Doniphan, MO.  She survives.

Also surviving are his mother Betty (Jim) Noel of Paragould; three daughters Tiffany (Cody Hastings) Hancock of Doniphan, Tanya (Spencer) Ellis of Marmaduke, AR, Lauren Hancock of Doniphan; two sons Bradley (Brianna Capper) Hancock of Oxly and Chris (Morgan Lovins) Stickles; two sisters Tammy (Dewayne) Douglas & Jennifer (Nick) Holland; three brothers Junior (Sheila) Hancock, Eddie (Lisa) Hancock both of Paragould and Paul (Barb) Green of Doniphan; two granddaughters Abbie and Dixie Mae of Marmaduke; two grandsons Leo and Lance of Oxly with a grandchild on the way.

Jeff was preceded in death by his father and one brother Michael Wynn.

Visitation will be Monday October 21 from 5-8 pm at Edwards Funeral Home.  A private burial will be held.
