Obituary of Denise Marie Heinrich

Please share a memory of Denise to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.

Denise Marie Heinrich, 70, of Farmers Branch, Texas - passed away Monday, June 10, 2019 at her home.

Denise was born on April 22, 1949 in Cook County, Illinois to the late William John Uher and Rosebud (Kayes) (Uher) Peters.  Denise loved her cats, spinning wool into yarn, making jewelry, gardening, traveling with her husband, and volunteering at the local historical park.  She was an avid reader, and rarely was without a book close at hand. Her love of reading and stories was surpassed only by the love she had for her family and friends.

Survivors include her husband, Richard J. Heinrich; three brothers, William Charles Uher, David Mark Uher, and Neil Frederick Uher; two children, Matthew Cooke and Julie (Cooke) Chandler; two nephews, Neil Uher II and Brian Uher-Koch; and two nieces, Hannah Uher-Koch and Kelly (Uher) Wilkinson; as well as many other family members and friends.

A celebration of life service will be held at 2:00p.m. Saturday, June 15th, 2019 at the Doniphan United Methodist Church in Doniphan, Missouri with the retired Reverend Jerry Reynolds Officiating.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the Doniphan-Ripley County Library, the Naylor Branch, in Denise’s memory.  Denise worked at the Naylor Library for many years before moving to Texas, and it was very special to her. The library can be found online at: www.ripleyco.lib.mo.us or at 207 Locust Street, Doniphan, Missouri 63935.
