Jimmy's last words to me were that he wanted to fully serve both God and His Son Jesus by keeping the Ten Commandments of God and the faith of His Son Jesus [Exodus 20:1-17; Revelation 14:12; 2 John 1:9].
I was shocked to hear that our dear precious friend Jimmy had passed because he was quickly on the mend from the vehicle accident on 4/29/19. I fully expect to see Jimmy raised back to life on that glad and glorious morning when the dead in Christ shall rise to meet the Son of God in the air.
1 Thessalonians 4:16-17 (KJV) 16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: 17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
Our family will always remember Jimmy for all the MANY selfless good deeds that Jimmy did for soooo many people. Jimmy was a friend to those who were suffering and always looked for a way to solve others problems without being asked. Jimmy has left a legacy of doing good deeds without wanting anyone to know about it. He would say, now, don't tell anyone about this or that good deed he did. Jimmy especially loved his Mother Fran and his Dad Bill and his beautiful daughter Misty and his brother David. He often talked lovingly of them with our family.
1 Corinthians 15:55-57 (KJV) O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory? 56 The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law.57 But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
