Jeffrey Dale Chambers, 58, of Naylor, Missouri, died Thursday, April 25, 2019, at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, Missouri.
Mr. Chambers, son of Sherman E. and Gearldine (Watts) Chambers, Sr., was born July 6, 1960, in Fort Harrison, Indiana. He had been an over-the-road truck driver.
Surviving are his mother, Gearldine Chambers; 3 children, Kathryn, Rosemary and Jeffrey Lee; a sister, Sandra Dee; 2 brothers, Jerry Lee Chambers and Sherman Chambers, Jr.; and 1 grandson, Jedidiah Chambers.
A graveside service will take place Thursday morning, May 2, 2019, at 11:00 a.m. at the Doniphan City Cemetery in Doniphan.
