Obituary of Pat Campbell

Pat Campbell, 72, of Doniphan, Missouri, died Thursday, April 11, 2019, at St. Clair Hospital in Fenton, Missouri. 

Pat, daughter of Fred I. and Opal Pauline (Emgarten) Campbell, was born December 15, 1946, in Adair, Iowa.  She was self-employed.  Pat was a Sunday School teacher and was a member of the Success Apostolic Church in Success, Arkansas.

Pat was a very present member in the Doniphan community.  She loved helping people and specially adored children.  Her hobbies including quilting, going to flea markets, baking and working outside in her yard planting flowers. She was a perfectionist at whatever she did.  She especially enjoyed collecting Campbell soup items and had a large accumulation of Christmas houses.  Pat was also an ordained minister and took special pleasure in marrying many couples in the area.

Surviving are 2 sons:  Warren Cape of Jacksonville, Florida, and Bob Cape of Doniphan; 2 sisters, Deloris Robinson and Linda Hallene, both of North Kingstown, Rhode Island; 4 brothers, Allen Teague of North Kingstown, Rhode Island, Ronald Teague of Coventry, Rhode Island, Thomas Teague of Tennessee, and Robert Cape of Plum Point, Rhode island; 1 grandson, Frankie (and Megan) Cape; and 3 great-grandchildren, Emilyn, Eli and Jaxson.

Pat was preceded in death by her parents and 3 brothers – Calvin Campbell, William Campbell and Donald Teague.

Visitation will begin Thursday evening, April 18, 2019, at 5:00 p.m. at the Edwards Funeral Home in Doniphan. A memorial service will follow at 7:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Richard Mahan officiating.
