Obituary of Ferdinand L. Rohr

Ferdinand L. Rohr, 93, of Doniphan, Missouri, died Tuesday, April 9, 2019, at the Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, Missouri.

Mr. Rohr, son of Louis John and Katheryn (Perkins) Rohr, was born August 18, 1925, in Chicago Heights, Illinois.  He had been a kiln operator at a lime company.  Mr. Rohr was a veteran of the U. S. Army and proudly served his country during World War II.

On August 2, 2008, he was married to Geneva Harris at the First Christian Church in Doniphan and she survives.

Also surviving are 4 step-children:  Michael Harris, Hollie Brandes, James Harris and David Harris.

He was preceded in death by his parents and 1 sister.

Visitation will begin at noon on Friday, April 12, 2019, at the Edwards Funeral Home in Doniphan.  The funeral service will follow at 1:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Brothers John Harwell and Pete Joplin officiating.  Burial will be in the Good Hope Cemetery in Grandin.
