Obituary of Eric Miles Leroux

Eric Miles Leroux, 53, of Doniphan, MO, departed this life Friday, February 1, 2019, at the Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, MO.  Eric was born May 27, 1965, to the late Russell and Jessie Shands Leroux. 

 

Eric was a longtime employee of Current River Die Sinking.  He loved spending time with his children, hunting, fishing, and especially helping people, whether playing pool or ministering at church.  He also enjoyed working with his hands, particularly masonry.  Eric was a former pastor of the Shepherds Fold Church in Neelyville and attended Faith Life Christian Church.  He loved singing.  He had an outgoing personality and “always” had a smile on his face.

 

Eric is survived by his son, Jordan Leroux of Doniphan ;a step-son, Cody (Abby) Hanner of Harviell, MO; special friend, Kathy Payne of Doniphan; 1 sister Kathy (Alan) Wilson; and 5 brothers, Dave (Pat) Leroux, Bryan (Shelly) Leroux, John (Melody) Leroux, Danny Leroux and Keith (Carolyn) Leroux, all of Doniphan.  He is also survived by Matthew and Jacob Dusza, very important children in his life.

 

Visitation for Mr. Eric Leroux will be held Thursday, February 7, 2019 from 5-8 P.M. and the funeral service will be held at 11 AM Friday, February 8, 2019, all at the Edwards Funeral Home Chapel.  Bro. Alan Wilson will officiate and burial will be in the Naylor Masonic Cemetery.
