Obituary of Bruce Todd Ehrenberg, Sr.
Bruce Todd Ehrenberg, Sr., of Doniphan, Missouri, departed this life July 20, 2018, in rural Ripley County, Missouri.
Mr. Ehrenberg, son of Roger Edgar Ehrenberg, Sr. and Donna Jeanette Ehrenberg, was born October 14, 1961, in St. Louis, Missouri. He attended school in Doniphan, then moved to Texas to work in the oil field. Bruce enjoyed spending time outdoors especially hunting, fishing, floating the river and camping. He was a true jokester who enjoyed making people laugh and he was definitely not afraid to have a good time. Bruce loved spending time with friends and family and with his outgoing personality, he never met a stranger. He also liked watching TV Land.
Surviving are 4 children: Nishia Kaye Ehrenberg of Odessa, Texas, Bruce Todd Ehrenberg, Jr. (Rekike) and Leslie Michelle Rupe (Thomas), both of Midlothian, Texas, and Derreck Jordan Ehrenberg (Kendall) of Andrews, Texas; 3 sisters, Leslie Diane McDaniel of Doniphan, Louise Ann Dunlap (Sterling) and Donna Jeanette Harvell, both of Odessa, Texas; 3 brothers, Roger Edgar Ehrenberg, Jr. (Connie) of Odessa, Texas, Brian Scott Ehrenberg (Teresa) of Kerrville, Texas, and Jerry Wayne Ehrenberg of Doniphan; and 10 grandchildren, Naomi Juliet, Lourdes Faith, Bronsonn Lee, Konnor Duke, Andrew Owen, Brenlynn Skye, Ian Luke, Sophia Joyce, Elliott Paige, Tucker Lynn and a baby girl on the way.
He was preceded in death by his parents and 1 brother, Gregory Randall Ehrenberg.
A memorial service will take place Monday, August 13, 2018, at 4:00 p.m. at the Lawndale Community Banquet Hall at 9201 Rainbow Drive, Odessa, Texas, 79765, with a reception immediately following. Jerry Green will be the motivational speaker. A float on Current River in his memory is planned in the summer of 2019.
