Obituary of Lonnie Floyd Murray

Lonnie Floyd Murray, 72 year old resident of Doniphan, MO departed this life Thursday, February 1, 2018 at his residence.  He was born June 2, 1945 in Rockford, IL to the late Lonnie Bagley and Twila Gustafson.

Mr. Murray had served in the US Navy and retired as an over the road truck driver.  He enjoyed coin and stamp collecting and loved his animals.

 

On January 29, 1968, in Rockford, IL he was married to Paula Biehl.  She preceded him in death on July 18, 1993.  Also preceding him in death was one daughter, Kim Campton.

 

Surviving are 5 daughters, Kathy Eldon of Rockford, IL; Karen Thatcher of Poplar Bluff, MO; Kristine Hays of Harviell, MO; Kelly Kelsey of Rockford, IL; Sue Ann Beckwith of Columbia, MO.  8 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren also survive.
