Michael Eugene Coleman, 52, of Doniphan, Missouri, died Thursday, September 1, 2011, at his residence in Doniphan.
Mr. Coleman, son of Richard and Wealthy (Key) Coleman, was born February 18, 1959, in Hunter, Missouri. He was an assembly line worker at General Motors. Mr. Coleman enjoyed riding horses, playing guitar and riding motorcycles.
On October 28, 1998, he was married to Susie Cora at Pocahontas, Arkansas. She survives.
Also surviving are one son, Curtis Michael Coleman of Puxico, Missouri, one daughter, Steffanie Coleman of Harviell, Missouri; three step-sons, Rob Paul of Tennessee and Timothy Leroux and Udale Leroux, both of Doniphan; three sisters, Wilma LeGrand of Doniphan, Joyce Nevins of Troy, Missouri, and Shirley Smith of St. Louis, Missouri; two brothers, Paul Coleman and Harold Coleman, both of Grandin, Missouri; several grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Wealthy Coleman, two sisters, Jean Urich and Barbara Jarrett and one brother, Richard Coleman.
Visitation for Mr. Coleman will be Sunday afternoon, September 4, 2011, beginning at 1:00 p.m. in the Edwards Funeral Home in Doniphan. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel.
