Obituary of Essie Lee Holland

Essie Lee Holland, 82, of Fayetteville, AR, departed this life Tuesday, August 8, 2017, at her residence in Fayetteville.

Mrs. Holland, daughter of the late James Clyde & Vida Mae (Miller) Cunningham, was born September 27, 1934, in Dalton, AR.  She was a homemaker and wedding planner.  Mrs. Holland enjoyed cooking, gardening, she enjoyed life, her grandson and she was an excellent seamstress.  Mrs. Holland was a member of the Church of Christ.  

On March 13, 1952, she was married to Bobby Glennis Holland in Pocahontas, AR. He preceded her in death. 

Surviving are three sons; Bryan Holland, Devin Holland, and Tracy (Nancy) Holland all of Fayetteville, AR; and one grandson; Dylan Lee Holland.

Mrs. Holland was preceded in death by her parents and one sister Georgia Hastings; and three brothers Jimmy Cunningham, J.C. Cunningham, & Herschel Cunningham.

Visitation will be from 5-8 PM, Friday August 11, 2017, at the Edwards Funeral Home in Doniphan. Funeral services will be held Saturday, August 12, 2017 at 2 PM in the Edwards Funeral Home Chapel.  Burial will be in Gatewood Cemetery.
