Shirley Jeannie Wall, 80, of Silex, Missouri, died Saturday, July 16, 2016, at the Silex Nursing Home in Silex.
Mrs. Wall, daughter of Robert and Elaine (Patton) Hardwick, was born December 16, 1935, in Jackson, Illinois. She had been a Quality controller with Wiser Lock manufacturing. Mrs. Wall enjoying talking, visiting, cooking for her family, being with her family and friends and she especially liked volunteering with the Red Cross. She was always there to help.
On December 31, 1956, she was married to Herbert Wall in St. Louis and he preceded her in death on November 26, 2012.
Surviving are 1 daughter, Laura Brooks of Silex; 1 son, Guy Wall of Sharps Chapel, Tennessee; 7 grandchildren, Marcellos, Landis, David, Daniel, Christina, Stephanie and Heather and 7 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a daughter, Crystal Vazquez, and 1 sister, Mary Jane Long.
Visitation will begin at noon, July 19, 2016, at the Edwards Funeral Home in Doniphan. The funeral will follow at 1:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel and burial will be in the Doniphan City Cemetery.
