Ruby Jewell Miller
Ruby Jewell Miller, 82, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, died at the home of her nephew in Doniphan on Tuesday, June 19, 2007.
Mrs. Miller was born September 18, 1924, in Steele, Missouri. She was a homemaker and member of the Church of Christ.
On September 17, 1965, she was married to Edwin "Ed" Earl Miller at Springfield, Ohio. He survives.
Other survivors include one brother, Charles "Sonny" Johnson of Doniphan, and one sister, Wannet Williams of Fairdealing, Missouri.
Mrs. Miller was preceded in death by her parents, John Johnson and Zettie Burkett Johnson and two step-sisters, Maude Sanders and Martha Nickles.
Visitation will be Wednesday, June 20, 2007, from 5 - 7 p.m. at the Edwards Funeral Home in Doniphan. A graveside service at Shirley Cemetery will be Thursday, June 21, 2007, at 10:00 a.m. with Brother Ben Williams officiating.
