Minnie Margaret Dale, 95, of Doniphan, Missouri, died Thursday, May 26, 2016, at Cedargate Nursing Center in Poplar Bluff, Missouri.
Mrs. Dale, daughter of the late Elbert and Susie (Bass) Rook, was born October 17, 1920, in Doniphan. She enjoyed playing the guitar and was a member of Emmanuel General Baptist Church in Doniphan.
Mrs. Dale initially married Frank Ramsey and later married Palmer Dale. Both are deceased.
Surviving are 3 daughters, Rosemary Rone and Gloria Selvidge, both of Poplar Bluff and Betty Stone of Mountain Home, Arkansas 1 son, Jack (and Sandie) Ramsey of Wilton, California; 3 step-children, Evelyn Allen of Rockford, Illinois, Dorothy McGhee of Myrtle, Missouri, and Shelba Hunter of Thayer, Missouri; 13 grandchildren, Gerald Rone, Rodney Rone, Anthony Rone, Nathan Rone, Scotty Selvidge, Suzy Selvidge, Poppy Norden, Christy Fisher, Leah Apel, Katherine Stone, Leonard Stone, Rebecca Stone, and Revonda Stone; and 9 step-grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren & 17 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Thursday evening, June 2, 2016, from 6-8 p.m. at the Edwards Funeral Home in Doniphan. The funeral service will be held Friday morning, June 3, 2016, at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be in the Two Mile Cemetery near Thayer.
