Eric Lee Breuning III, 63, of Fairdealing, Missouri, departed this life Thursday, March 10, 2016, at his residence in rural Ripley County.
Mr. Breuning, son of Eric Lee and Freida (Fouts) Breuning, was born October 2, 1952, in Memphis, Tennessee. He had been an office manager for Reed Oil Company in Doniphan, Missouri. Mr. Breuning enjoyed photography, sports, fishing and he was a long-time St. Louis Cardinals fan. He was a member of the St. James Episcopal Church and a member of the Navy Reserve.
On May 9, 1981, he was married to Christine Sprayberry in Memphis and she survives.
Also surviving are 1 son, Joe (Ashley) Breuning of Fairdealing; 1 daughter, Mandy (Greg) Elliott of Byhalia, Mississippi; his mother, Freida Breuning of Doniphan; 5 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father and 1 sister, Susan Wallace.
Visitation will be Monday evening, March 14, 2016, from 5 – 8 p.m. at the Edwards Funeral Home in Doniphan. The funeral service will follow Tuesday afternoon, March 15, 2016, at 2:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Brother John Harwell officiating. Burial will be in the Arnold Cemetery.
