Edna Bell Devault, 69 year old resident of Poplar Bluff, MO departed this life Sunday, January 3, 2016 at her residence. Mrs. DeVault was born September 11, 1946 in Oxly, MO to the late Clyde House Sr. and Gladys Couch House. She was a homemaker and member of the Loving Jesus Ministry. She also enjoyed crafts, including quilting, and collecting angels.
Also preceding her in death are 1 sister, Vera Haney and 3 brothers, Lester House, Wilfred House, and Dennis House.
Surviving are 1 daughter, Vanessa (Michael) Simpson of Poplar Bluff, MO; Ronnie Mellon of Poplar Bluff, MO; James Mellon of Farmington, MO; 5 sisters, Joy Tarno of Poplar Bluff, MO; Rebecca Pulliam of Beloit, KS; Beth Bruce of Doniphan, MO; Linda Snodgrass of Gatewood, MO; Bertha Emerson of Moscow Mills, MO; 4 brothers, Clyde House, Jr. of Doniphan, MO; Ted House of St. Peters, MO; Larry House of Doniphan, MO; Kenneth House of Hannibal, MO; and 3 grandchildren, Andrew, Ethan, and Makennah.
Graveside Services for Mrs. Devault will be held Friday, January 8, 2016 at 1:00 P.M. at the Antioch Cemetery with John McCain officiating.
