Patricia Gail Kimbrell (Miss Kim) of Ellsinore, Missouri, went home to be with the Lord, Wednesday, October 28, 2015.
Miss Kim was born June 12, 1952, in Birmingham, Alabama, the daughter of James and Edna Kimbrell.
Miss Kim was a registered nurse and also went through engineering school. With her whole heart she loved the Lord and desired to serve Him. Singing was her delight and she never met a song she couldn’t sing. Miss Kim was a devoted mother and faithful friend. She was a true pioneer woman at heart, loving the outdoors and her animals; she never minded roughing it. She had many interests, including painting, reading, cooking, and needlework. She helped many with her common sense and practical knowledge. Of the many places she visited, Prince Edward Island, Alaska, was her favorite.
She attended Grandin Mennonite Church where she was loved by all.
Miss Kim is survived by her daughter, Bethany Gail Kimbrell, two sisters and one brother. She is preceded in death by her parents and one brother.
Funeral services will be held Friday, October 30, 2015, at 3 p.m. at Grandin Mennonite Church. Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery. A viewing will be held from 1 – 3 p.m. preceding the service.
