Earl Lee Howard
Earl Lee Howard, 80, of Batesville, Arkansas, formerly of Grandin, died Monday, March 12, 2007, at the White River Medical Center in Batesville.
Mr. Howard was born August 20, 1926, in Runsville, llinois. He was a glass worker in commercial glass. Mr. Howard enjoyed fishing, gardening and guitar playing.
On September 18, 1945, he was married to Joyce Coleman in Corning, Arkansas. She preceded him in death on October 26, 2006. Mr. Howard was also preceded in death by his parents, Almus "Hap" Howard and Iva Lee Ford Howard.
Surviving are three daughters; Carolyn Lavell Moody of Festus, Missouri, Peggy Joyce Crawford of Hardy, Arkansas and Kathy Masters of Maryville, Illinois; one son; Ronnie Lee Howard of North Branch, Michigan; two sisters; Janice Stillman of Peach Orchard, Missouri, and Anna Dean of Florissant, Missouri; one brother; Kenneth Howard of Memphis, Tennessee, five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Wednesday, March 14, 2007, from 5 - 8 p.m. at the Edwards Funeral Home. The funeral service will be Thursday, March 15, 2007, at noon with Brother Jared Baker officiating. Burial will follow in the Lloyd Cemetery at Holcomb.
