Arthur 'Paul' Wilder, 69, of Doniphan, Missouri, died Thursday, September 23, 2010, at his residence in Doniphan.
Mr. Wilder, son of Charley Wilder and Gladys (Collins) Wilder, was born January 6, 1941 in Neelyville, Missouri. He had been a shop-yard foreman for a lumber company and enjoyed carpentry work.
Surviving are three children; Paul Dean (and Kimberly) Wilder of Texarkana, Arkansas, Michael Ray (and Michelle) Wilder of Doniphan, Missouri, and Brian Keith (and Susan) Wilder of Beckley, West Virginia; three sisters, Barbara (and Tim) Hovis and Dora Dillon, both of Doniphan, Missouri, and Olive Hall of Monroe, Washington; seven grandchildren, Aaron, Bradley, Matthew, Melissa, Carolyn Ann, Keith and Kyle; and one great-grandchild, Julien Michael.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charley and Gladys (Collins) Wilder, and two brothers, C.A. Wilder and Donald Ray Wilder.
Visitation will begin at noon Sunday, September 26, 2010, at the Edwards Funeral Home in Doniphan with the funeral service to follow at 2:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Brother Donnie Emmons officiating. Burial will be in the Bethany Cemetery.
