Beverly Scott Sanders, 58, of Bloomfield, Missouri, died Thursday, June 9, 2011, at home in Bloomfield. Mrs. Sanders, the daughter of the late Leroy Alfred Scott and Delia Durbin Scott, was born November 23, 1952, in Chicago Heights, Illinois. She was of Protestant faith and she enjoyed spending time with her family, her pets and reading books.
On June 15, 1986, she married David Sanders in Matthews, Missouri, who survives her. Other survivors include two sons: Lathem Scott (Nicole) of Kansas City, Missouri, and Joshua Sanders of Scott City, Missouri. Also surviving are two grandchildren, Hannah Scott and Sarah Scott of Kansas City, Missouri.
Mrs. Sanders is also survived by seven sisters and two brothers: Sharon Scott, Caryn Duszka (Arnold), Pamela Scott Shelton and Connie Teslow, all of Doniphan, Missouri, Dawn Dixon of Illinois, Donna Odom (Roy) of Dexter, Missouri, Patricia Scott of Maryland, Leroy Scott, Jr. (Lori) and Jacob Scott of Indiana. She is also survived by dozens of nieces, nephews, Aunts, Uncles and cousins who loved her very much.
Memorial services for Mrs. Sanders will be held Saturday, June 25, 2011, at 2:00 p.m. at the Missionary Baptist Church in Matthews, Missouri.
