My Condolences go to the Family. I had been trying for some time to get ahold of Patsy, but was unable to do so. I graduated with her at Neelyville High School. A Mutual friend informed me of her passing. My memories of Patsy were good. She was always smiling and had a good attidude. She was also very popluar with everyone. My thoughts and prayers are with the family. She will be missed.
