Harlon Edward Richmond, 71, of Anderson, Missouri, died Tuesday, January 5, 2010, at Northwest Medical Center in Bentonville, Arkansas. Mr. Richmond, son of the late Eugene Albert and Lillian Faye (Huling) Richmond, was born January 3, 1939, in Ripley County, Missouri. He had been a warehouse manager in foam molding in Rogers, Arkansas. Mr. Richmond was a member of the Cattlemen's Association, Buffalo Creek Baptist Church in Tiff City, Missouri, and was a veteran of the U.S. Army. On April 9, 1961, he was married to Wanda Lee Usher in Pevely, Missouri. She survives. Also surviving are one son; Byron(and Rachelle) Richmond of Anderson; two daughters, Lea (and Calvin) Isgrigg of Pea Ridge, Arkansas, and Cassandra "Casey" (and Don) Beranek of Noel, Missouri; one sister, Doris Schmaltz of Pevely; two brothers, Floyd Richmond of Baker, Montana, and Norman Richmond of Grandin, Missouri; and nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister, Goldie Wagner and two brothers, Alvin Richmond and Eugene Richmond. Visitation will begin Saturday morning, January 9, 2010, at 10:00 a.m. at the Edwards Funeral Home in Doniphan, Missouri. The funeral service will follow at 1:00 p.m. in the Edwards Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Jared Proctor officiating. Burial will be in the Stevens Cemetery.
