Virginia Severance, 64, of Doniphan, Missouri, died Thursday, December 24, 2009, at Ripley County Memorial Hospital in Doniphan.
Mrs. Severance was born February 9, 1945, in Richmond, Michigan to the late Norman & Virginia M. (Fleischmann) Craudell.
She was a member of Ladies Auxiliary of the Doniphan VFW Post #3485 and worked as a manager of Rocky River Resort.
Survivors include one son, Bill Triplett of Minnesota; one sister, Shirley Morgan of Doniphan; two brothers, Richard Craudell of Doniphan and Jim Craudell of Spokane Washington; and special friend, Bill Robb.
Mrs. Severance was preceded in death by her parents, one son, Raymond Triplett, and two brothers, Norman Craudell and Raymond Craudell.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday December 30, 2009, at Edwards Funeral Home in Doniphan. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday, December 31, 2009, at the funeral home chapel. Burial will be at New Hope Cemetery.
