Mary Ann Collins
Mary Ann Collins, 70, of Fairdealing, Missouri, died Friday, December 4, 2009, in the emergency room at Ripley County Memorial Hospital in Doniphan, Missouri.
Mrs. Collins, daughter of the late Frank and Lucille (Ryesiegle) Drwenski, was born March 10, 1939, in Ripley County, Missouri. She retired as a certified nursing assistant. Mrs. Collins was a member of the First Baptist Church in Doniphan.
On February 17, 1956, she was married to Jack Collins in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. He preceded her in death on December 22, 1981.
Surviving are one son, Jim (and Lisa) Collins of Fairdealing; five daughters, Mary (and Kirk) Durbin and Debbie (and Ray) Fancher, both of Piedmont, Missouri, Francine (and John) Bunch of Park Hills, Missouri, Barb (and Roy) Goforth and Linda Hendrix, both of Fairdealing; sixteen grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Monday evening, December 7, 2009, from 5 - 8 p.m. at the Edwards Funeral Home in Doniphan. The funeral service will be Tuesday morning, December 8, 2009, at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home chapel with burial to follow in the Doniphan City Cemetery.
