Mozella LaDear Dale, 83, of Doniphan, Missouri, died Friday, November 27, 2009, at the Clarks Mountain Nursing Center in Piedmont, Missouri.
Mrs. Dale was born to the late Ollie and Nona (Woodring) Bell on October 14, 1926, in St. Louis, Missouri.
On April 3, 1948, she married Gene Dale at Pocahontas, Arkansas, who preceded her in death on November 17, 1979.
Mrs. Dale worked at Sundstrand Aviations and enjoyed reading and shopping. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary VFW Post #3485 and a member of the Doniphan Church of God.
One son, Brent Dale, and one daughter, Sandra Richmond, both of Doniphan survive Mrs. Dale. Other survivors include two sisters; Betty Watson of Doniphan and Reva McKinney of Florida; two brothers, Jack Bell and Jim Bell both of Doniphan; and five grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson.
Her parents, husband, one son, James "Jimmy" Russell Dale, and one sister, Joyce Barr, preceded her in death.
Visitation will be Tuesday, December 1, 2009, starting at 11:00 A.M. with the funeral service following at 1:00 P.M. at the Edwards Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at the Bardley Cemetery.
