Shelia Dian Cave, 51, of Doniphan, Missouri, died Thursday, October 29, 2009, at her residence.
Mrs. Cave was born January 25, 1958, to Anita Myers Ray and the late Vernon Dale Ray. She was a nurse. Mrs. Cave was of the Baptist faith and enjoyed playing pool.
She was married to Cecil LeRoy Cave in Sikeston, Missouri, and he survives.
Also surviving are six children; Dawn Lynn Jackson, Patricia Carol Neal, Donald Ray Neal and Robert LeRoy Cave, all of Doniphan, James Ray Cave of Fenton, Missouri, and Byron Lee Cave of Piedmont, Missouri; her mother, Anita Ray of Sikeston, Missouri; three sisters, Carol Benthal of Arnold, Missouri, Donna Paille of Robertsville, Missouri, and Cheryl Ward of Sebring, Florida; four brothers, Jack Ray of Dexter, Missouri, Anthony Dale Ray of Sebring, Florida, and Dave Ray and Mike Ray, both of Sikeston; and seventeen grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father, Vernon Dale Ray.
Visitation will be Friday evening, October 30, 2009, from 5 - 8 p.m. at the Edwards Funeral Home in Doniphan. The funeral service will follow Saturday morning, October 31, 2009, at 10:00 a.m. at the Edwards Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Chuck Carr officiating. Burial will be in the Oak Grove Cemetery.
