Doris June Kelly, 70, of Doniphan, Missouri, died Wednesday, October 14, 2009, at the Current River Nursing Center in Doniphan.
Mrs. Kelly, daughter of the late Carl Eugene and Georgia Willemette (Bales) Braden, was born June 28, 1939, in Sparta, Missouri. She was a homemaker and enjoyed reading and knitting.
She was married to Colonel Joseph James Kelly and he preceded her in death.
Mrs. Kelly is survived by five children; Joseph Patrick Kelly, James Andrew Kelly, Michael Sean Kelly, Sheila Marie Anderson and Christopher Shannon Kelly, all of Doniphan; twelve grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, four brothers and one sister.
A memorial service will be held Tuesday morning, October 20, 2009, at 10:00 a.m. in the funeral home chapel.
