Obituary of Eunice Ezell

Eunice Thelma Ezell, 91, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, died Monday, September 28, 2009, at the Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff.
Mrs. Ezell, daughter of the late William Thomas and Hattie Virginia (Barnett) Ezell, was born December 14, 1917, in Ripley County, Missouri. She was a homemaker and a member of the SEMO United Blind Club and of New Home General Baptist Church, both in Poplar Bluff.
On November 3, 1935, she was married to Clarence Ezell in Ripley County, Missouri, by Uncle Jink Crook. He preceded her in death in 1966.
Mrs. Ezell is survived by three children; Bill (Sheila) Ezell of Troy, Illinois, and Jerry (Patsy) Ezell and Paula Arnold, both of Poplar Bluff; ten grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren; three step-great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, one sister, Bernice Ezell, one brother, Thomas Ezell, and one infant son.
Visitation will be Wednesday, September 30, 2009, from 5 - 8 p.m. at the Edwards Funeral Home in Doniphan. The funeral service will be Thursday, October 1, 2009, at 2:30 p.m. at the funeral home chapel with Brother Calvin Buhler officiating. Burial will follow in the Shiloh Cemetery.
