Charles Wayne Crook, 66, of Doniphan, Missouri, died Tuesday July 7, 2009, at his residence.
Mr. Crook was born January 25, 1943, in Dogwood, MO. He was a gas station manager. Mr. Crook was a member of the Eagles Club in New Madrid.
On June 8, 1966, he married Anita Diane Kumlien in Bellville IL. She survives.
Also surviving four sons; Douglas Wayne Crook of Doniphan, Jeffrey Adam Crook of East Prairie, Phillip Lee Crook and James Kelly Crook both of Poplar Bluff one brother William Oscar Crook Jr. of St. Louis, MO.
He was preceded in death by his parents; William Oscar and Ila Irene (Jacobs) Crook and two brothers Jack Edwards Crook & Billy Gene Crook.
