Joe Wayne Reagan, 80, of Fairdealing, Missouri, died Monday, May 30, 2011, at Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. Mr. Reagan, son of Hubert and Anne (Eskew) Reagan, was born March 30, 1931, in Senath, Missouri. He was owner/operator of Reagan Construction Company. Mr. Reagan enjoyed fishing, backroading and spending time with his family and friends. He was formerly of Rockford, Illinois, and had lived in Ripley County for the last 42 years. On April 18, 1953, he was married to Beverly Pigman in Pocahontas, Arkansas. She preceded him in death on July 9, 2007. Surviving are four sons; Rick (and Donna) Reagan of Indianapolis, Indiana, Don (and Erika) Reagan of Doniphan, Missouri, Rodney (and Debbie) Reagan of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, and Tom (and Tina) Reagan of Blytheville, Arkansas; four daughters; Connie (and Earl) Taylor and Angela (and David) Hampton, both of Doniphan, Missouri, Annie (and Mike) Pennington of Fairdealing, Missouri, and Hollie Reagan of Poplar Bluff, Missouri; three brothers, Frank (and Carol) Reagan of Byron, Illinois, Terry (and Andrea) Reagan of Corpus Cristi, Texas, and Lynn (and Sharon) Reagan of Jacksonville, North Carolina; and twenty-five grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren. Mr. Reagan was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, two sons, Joe Reagan and Randy Reagan, two brothers, Cecil Gibson and H. A. Reagan, one granddaughter, Katie Taylor, and two great-grandsons, Mason and Briar Reagan. Visitation for Mr. Reagan will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 2, 2011, at the Edwards Funeral Home in Doniphan. The funeral service will follow at 1:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Brother Franklin "Frankie" Reagan, nephew of Mr. Reagan, officiating. Burial will be in the Hunt-White Memorial Gardens.
