Obituary of Mary Jolliff

Mary Sue Jolliff, 59-year-old resident of Doniphan died Wednesday, July 1, 2009 at her residence. Ms. Jolliff was born February 10, 1950 in Camp, Arkansas. She had previously lived in Corpus Christi, Texas. She was an L.P.N., had served in the US Navy in 1969-1970, was a member of Pocahontas American Legion. She also enjoyed crocheting and spending time with grandchildren, family, and friends. Ms. Jolliff is survived by her daughter, Beth Rigdon of Doniphan; five brothers, James "Junior" Moss and John Moss of Ellsinore, MO; Claude Ray Moss and wife Sherry of Hayti, MO; Delbert Moss of San Antonio, Texas; Gary Moss and wife Cathy of Poplar Bluff; four grandchildren, Darcie, Genah, Frankie, and Owen Rigdon all of Doniphan. A special friend, Dennis Tipton survives. Several aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews, and other friends and family also survive her. Her parents, James Troy Moss and Mary Elizabeth Luye; one daughter, Marcie Ann Prado; and one sister, Rebecca Ruthine Prado, preceded Ms. Jolliff in death. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, July 7, 2009 at 1:00 P.M. at the Edwards Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jim Gilbert officiating. Burial will be in the Hunter Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday evening, July 6, 2009 from 5-8 P.M.
