Glenna Sue Ard, 61, of Doniphan, Missouri, died Wednesday, May 25, 2011, at her residence.
Mrs. Ard, daughter of Kenneth and Pauline (Clark) Gibson, was born November 27, 1949, in Wynnewood, Oklahoma. She was retired from the U.S. Air Force.
On February 2, 1978, she was married to Jim Ard in Fort Worth, Texas. He survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Jonathan Kuykendall of Doniphan, Missouri, and Christopher Kuykendall of Tampa, Florida; two brothers, Wayne Gibson of Norwood, Missouri, and Michael Gibson of Irving, Texas; and five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Ard was preceded in death by her parents.
Visitation will begin on Saturday morning, May 28, 2011, at 11:00 a.m. in the Edwards Funeral Home in Doniphan with the funeral service to start at 1:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be in the Hunt/White Cemetery.
