Misty Ragh (Rathke) Parrish, 43 year old resident of Gatewood, Missouri departed this life August 8, 2015 at the Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri. Misty was born July 12, 1972 in Liberal, Kansas. She was an administrative assistant and worked primarily in the Healthcare field. Misty attended West Point United Pentecostal Church and loved her church and her family.
On June 5, 2004, in Forsythe, Missouri she was married to Robert Parrish. He survives. Also surviving are two children; Rylee Rae and Zachary Taylor Parrish of the home; Her mother, Elaine Krebbs of Branson, Missouri; Her father and step-mother, Lester and Suzanne Rathke of Liberal, Kansas; 3 sisters, Angela Sayers of Topeka, Kansas; Tina Hatcher of Kimberling City, Missouri; Randi Wintersole of Fort Worth, Texas; 2 brothers, Jeremiah Wilson of Liberal, Kansas; and Cody Wheeler of Midland, Texas.
A Memorial service celebrating the life of Misty is planned for 2:oo P.M. Saturday, August 15, 2015 at the West Point United Pentecostal Church with Pastor Chuck Carr officiating.
In Lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be made to the Misty Parrish Memorial Fund to benefit her children. Memorials may be left at the Edwards Funeral Home, Inc. Address: Edwards Funeral Home, Inc., 606 Walnut St., Doniphan, MO 63935.
