Carolyn McCracken Johnson, 77-year-old resident of Doniphan, MO, departed this life Sunday, August 13, 2023.  She was born November 6, 1945, in Riverside, CA, to the late Gene and Dorothy McCracken.  She was raised by her stepmom Elsie, who also preceded her in death. 

 

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by one brother and her very special companions, Lucky and Whispers.

 

Carolyn loved the Lord and reading her Bible. She was especially connected to her kitty cats and enjoyed arts and crafts and visiting with friends.

 

She leaves behind her daughter, Becky Eatherton; her son, Scott (Francis) Keeny; grand and great-grandchildren, Casey (Tyler) Cooper, Cadey, Jimmy, Bethany (Caleb) Annalee, Peyton, and Riley; one brother, Edwin (Bertha) McCracken; one sister, Dorothy Jean Clark; and also many nieces and nephews and friends.

 

There will be a memorial visitation for Carolyn Wednesday, August 23, 2023, from 5-7 PM in the Edwards Funeral Home Chapel.
