Obituary of Wanda Gene Emmons

Wanda Gene Emmons, 78, of Corning, AR passed away Friday, August 18, 2023 at Corning Therapy and Living Center surrounded by family.  She enjoyed fishing, watching John Wayne and Western movies and Country Music.

Survivors include 4 sons, Raymond (Angie) Groning of Maynard, AR; Harlan Groning of Reyno, AR; Donald (Tammy) Groning of Corning, AR; and Jimmy (Joy) Groning of Corning, AR;  7 grandchildren Zack, Aaron, Katie, DJ, Tiffani, Stephanie, Whitney; 16 great-grandchildren; 3 brothers Mack (June) Conway; George Conway; Bob (Janice) Conway; 3 sisters, Barbara Stallworth; Mona (Roy) Provow; Kay (Les) Estes.

She was preceded in death by her husband Danny Emmons, her parents Otharn E. and Amanda L. Conway, 3 brothers and 4 sisters.

A graveside service will be held Saturday, August 26, 2023 at 1:30 PM in the Belleview Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 12-1 PM in the Edwards Funeral Home Chapel.
